4000 tpd cement grinding plant for Indonesia

Jakarta/Indonesia. PT Holcim Indonesia Ptk., have contracted ThyssenKrupp Polysius to supply a new 4,000 tpd cement clinker production plant. The plant is to be built on the northern coast of Java Island near the town of Tuban.

For raw material preparation, ThyssenKrupp Polysius will supply a 1,000 tph roll crusher, a 2 x 28,000 t longitudinal blending bed for limestone/clay, a 29,000 t additives storage facility for limestone and gypsum, a 330 tph QUADROPOL® roller mill for grinding raw material, and a tangential blending silo for 8,000 t of raw meal.

For coal beneficiation, a 2 x 16,000 t coal storage facility and a 32 tph roller mill will be supplied.
A 260 tph roller mill will be used for clinker grinding.A total of three cement silos will be installed for the cement loading facility. Two Roto-packers with palletisers for 3,600 bags/h each and two 150-tph bulk loaders for truck loading complete the scope of the order.

Granulated blast furnace slag grinding plant for China

Shaoguan/China. Shaoguan City Shaogang Jiayang New Type Building Materials Co. Ltd. has contracted ThyssenKrupp Polysius to supply a roller mill for grinding granulated blast furnace slag. The grinding plant, which will have a rated throughput of 90 tph, is to be constructed in Shaoguan.

This granulated blast furnace slag grinding plant is already the third one of this type delivered by ThyssenKrupp Polysius to Shaoguan.

Production startup in Pakistan

At the beginning of May, commissioning of the 7,200 tpd clinker production line started at Fauji Cement Company Ltd./Pakistan.

Due to the great demand for cement in Pakistan and the neighbouring countries, the Pakistani company decided to extend its Jhang Bahtar plant by adding a second production line from ThyssenKrupp Polysius.
