Gyrasphere (Cone Type) Crushers are used for secondaryand tertiary crushing. They are capable of producing a largepercentage of product in the desired sizes with a minimumoversize or excessive fines. Telsmith Series“D”GyrasphereCrushers are made in 24″, 36″, 48″ and 66″ sizes instandard and fine crusher models. Feed openings can varyfrom 21/2″ to 15″ in capacities of 4 to 455 TPH. “H”Series Gyrasphere (cone type) crushers are used forsecondary and tertiary crushing. These crushers have beendeveloped using the expertise and experience gained overmore than 65 years of producing high quality cone typecrushers. This expertise combined with modern materialsand technology including computer aided design (CAD)data has resulted in these dependable, high capacitycrushers. The new“Silver Bullet”Series Gyrasphere Crushersincorporate all the rugged, dependable, high capacityfeatures of previous Gyrasphere Models plus many newinnovations, i.e., anti-spin head brake, hydraulic lockingsystem, adjust under load feature, support bowl extraction/insertion with rotate system and more. Telsmith Primary single rotor impact crushers are made inthree sizes. The 4246 is suitable for both portable andstationary installations. The 4856 and the 6071 are bestsuited for stationary installations. The Vertical Shaft Impactors are built in 5 standard models,3 autogeneous models and 3 semi-autogeneous modelswith capacities of 75 to 500 TPH. Manufactured in both Horizontal and Inclined types, TelsmithScreens are available in specified sizes from 3′×10′ to 8′×24′ in single, double or triple deck configurations. Dependingupon the screen selected, materials can be separated intosizes from minus 6″ to minus 16 Mesh.
